Inko is a community and social networking service for foreigners living in Korea. This public support page is available without signing in for App Store and Google Play review, account help, safety reports, and policy questions.

For account/login issues, include your sign-in provider such as Google, Apple, or Facebook, your account email or phone number, and a reply email where the support team can reach you.
For report/block/community safety questions, include the content type, account handle if known, and a short description of the safety concern. Inko reviews reports and may hide content, restrict accounts, suspend users, preserve evidence where appropriate, or take other safety actions.
For child safety concerns, including child sexual abuse and exploitation, grooming, sexualization of minors, or urgent Google Play child safety notices, contact support@nawever.com. Inko has zero tolerance for content or behavior that endangers children.
Users can request account deletion in the app or through the public Account deletion page. If you cannot access the app, email support@nawever.com with your sign-in provider and account identifier.
For payment/subscription questions, include the store platform, purchase date, subscription status, and receipt or order identifier if available. App Store and Google Play subscriptions may also need to be managed directly in the store account.
