You can start an account deletion request on this page. You can also email support to request deletion even if you cannot open the Inko app. This page is public for App Store and Google Play account deletion review.
Use the button below to email the support team an account deletion request. New requests are currently processed as immediate permanent deletion and cannot be reversed afterwards. Requests already in the 30-day pending state can still be canceled before their scheduled time.
Email an account deletion requestIf your mail app does not open, send your request directly to support@nawever.com.
In the Inko app, go to Settings > Account > Delete account to request deletion.
The server processes requests after you re-authenticate with your social login. If you cannot access the app, write to support@nawever.com and the support team will guide you through identity verification. POST /api/v1/account-deletion
A new request disables the account and permanently deletes account data right away. Failed external storage deletions and Apple token revocations are retried in the background. This cannot be reversed once processed.
Requests that already entered the 30-day pending state before this change can still be canceled before their scheduled deletion time by re-authenticating with the same social login. If you cannot use the app, write to support@nawever.com.
Where Korean laws such as the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce apply, records of contracts and withdrawal of offers, payments and supply of goods may be kept for 5 years, records of consumer complaints and dispute handling for 3 years, and advertising and labeling records for 6 months, held separately from ordinary account data. Data with no legal obligation or specific security or dispute-handling basis is deleted or de-identified at permanent deletion.
App Store and Google Play subscriptions must be cancelled separately in the store. Deleting your account does not cancel them, and billing can continue.
