Inko is a community and social networking service for foreigners living in Korea. By using Inko, users agree to use the service lawfully and respectfully.
Users must be at least 14 years old to use Inko. If local law requires parental or legal guardian consent, users must have that consent before using the service.
If Inko finds signs that a member has falsified their location, an operator reviews them before Inko acts. Inko may then limit location features, remove the member from location-based discovery, or restrict or suspend the account. Members can ask for a review of such an action at support@nawever.com.
To protect users from romance scams, phishing, and hacking, Inko strictly prohibits users from encouraging, requesting, or directing other users to move to external channels, including third-party messaging services, social networks, open chat rooms, and websites, as part of its operating policy.
Moving to external channels can leave users exposed to recurring scams, sexual harassment, and other harmful conduct without Inko's safeguards.
Inko cannot monitor conversations or activity on external channels, which limits its ability to verify incidents, prevent harm, or provide protection and support for affected users.
If a user is found to have solicited others to move to external channels, Inko may immediately and permanently ban their account and terminate access to the service without prior warning or notice.
Inko supports friendship, language exchange, and cultural exchange. Public feed posts and comments must not be used primarily to seek or recruit dates, romantic partners, or sexual partners, including requests for people to contact the author for those purposes.
This rule applies equally regardless of gender or sexual orientation. Moderation considers the full context and actual requests, not isolated words. Expressing an identity or sexual orientation, asking about shared identities, or seeking ordinary friends, language partners, or hobby groups is not by itself a violation.
When dating or romantic partner solicitation is confirmed, Inko may hide or remove the content and explain the applicable rule. Repeated violations after guidance may result in posting restrictions or other account restrictions according to their severity. Users may contact support@nawever.com to request a review.
This rule applies after its effective date has been announced to users. Content posted before that date is not treated as a prior violation solely because this rule was added.
인코는 한국에 거주하는 외국인을 위한 커뮤니티/SNS 서비스이며, 만 14세 이상만 이용할 수 있습니다. 사용자는 게시글, 댓글, 프로필, 채팅, 이미지, 오디오에서 불법, 혐오, 폭력, 성적 콘텐츠, 사기, 개인정보 침해, 스팸, 괴롭힘 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다. 인코는 안전한 운영과 법적 대응을 위해 콘텐츠 숨김, 계정 제한, 정지, 최소 기록 보존 조치를 할 수 있습니다.
음란물 즉시 영구정지: 프로필 사진, 피드 게시글, 채팅 등 인코 안 어디에든 음란물이나 성적으로 노골적인 이미지(나체·성기 사진 등)를 올리면 사전 경고 없이 계정을 즉시 무기한 정지합니다. 잘못된 판정이라고 생각하면 support@nawever.com으로 재검토를 요청할 수 있습니다.
위치 조작 금지: 모의 위치 앱, GPS 위조 도구, 다른 곳에 있는 것처럼 보이게 하는 VPN 등으로 위치를 조작하는 행위를 금지합니다. 위치 조작 정황이 보이면 운영자가 확인한 뒤 조치하며, 위치 기능 제한, 위치 기반 탐색에서 제외, 계정 이용 제한이나 정지를 할 수 있습니다. 이 조치에 대해 support@nawever.com으로 재검토를 요청할 수 있습니다.
인코는 로맨스 스캠과 피싱·해킹 피해로부터 이용자를 보호하기 위해, 다른 이용자를 외부 메신저, SNS, 오픈채팅방, 웹사이트 등 외부 채널로 이동하도록 권유·요청·유도하는 행위를 운영정책으로 엄격히 금지합니다. 외부 채널로 이동하면 빈번하게 발생하는 사기, 성희롱 등 유해 행위에 무방비로 노출될 수 있습니다. 인코는 외부 채널에서 이루어지는 대화나 활동을 모니터링할 수 없어, 해당 채널에서 발생한 피해의 사실 확인, 예방 및 이용자 보호·지원에 한계가 있습니다. 외부 채널 유도 행위가 확인되는 경우, 사전 경고나 통지 없이 즉시 계정을 영구 차단하고 서비스 이용을 종료할 수 있습니다.
인코는 친구 교류, 언어 교환 및 문화 교류를 위한 커뮤니티입니다. 공개 피드의 게시글과 댓글에서 연애·데이트 상대 또는 성적 만남의 상대를 찾거나 모집하는 것을 주된 목적으로 하는 행위를 금지합니다. 해당 목적으로 연락을 요청하는 행위도 포함합니다. 이 기준은 성별과 성적 지향에 관계없이 동일하게 적용하며, 특정 단어만이 아니라 글의 전체 맥락과 실제 요청 내용을 확인해 판단합니다. 자신의 정체성이나 성적 지향을 표현하거나 같은 정체성을 가진 사람이 있는지 묻는 행위, 일반적인 친구·언어 교환 상대·취미 모임을 찾는 행위 자체는 위반으로 보지 않습니다. 연애·데이트 상대 모집이 확인되면 해당 콘텐츠를 숨기거나 삭제하고 적용한 규정을 안내할 수 있습니다. 안내 후에도 위반을 반복하는 경우 정도에 따라 게시 제한 등 계정 이용을 제한할 수 있으며, support@nawever.com으로 재검토를 요청할 수 있습니다. 이 조항은 이용자에게 시행일을 공지한 후 적용하며, 시행일 이전에 작성된 콘텐츠를 새 조항이 추가되었다는 이유만으로 과거의 위반으로 처리하지 않습니다.
AI 사용: 인코 안의 메시지·게시글·댓글·프로필 번역은 생성형 AI가 만듭니다. 인코는 이 약관과 커뮤니티 가이드라인 위반을 찾는 데 자동 규칙·운영자 검토와 함께 AI를 쓰며, 콘텐츠 숨김·삭제와 계정 이용 제한·정지가 자동으로 이루어질 수 있습니다. 그 방식과 설명·재검토를 요구하는 방법은 개인정보 처리방침의 「자동화된 결정」에 있습니다. 인코 공식 SNS 계정의 일부 게시물과 답글은 AI 도구로 작성하거나 AI 도구의 도움을 받아 작성할 수 있습니다.
